He grew up in Guisborough, which is a little town up in the north-east of England somewhere. It’s a pretty place; you should visit it sometime. From there, Will went on to study at the prestigious Norwich School of Art, where he graduated with a First Class Degree in Graphic Design. Will’s tutors initially thought he was crap, but he carefully fooled them over three years into thinking he actually wasn’t.

Anyway, after graduating, Will was accepted into WK12 and he moved to Oregon. WK12 is an experimental school, mini ad agency, and idea factory all rolled into one. It’s housed in Wieden+Kennedy’s Portland headquarters. He had the pleasure of working with some brilliant people there, and he learnt bloody tons of stuff.

Then he moved back to England. London to be exact. East London to be exacter. He is now employed by BBH as an art director where, amongst other things, he writes stuff about himself for his website when he should really be doing proper work.

He is currently working on a few personal projects outside of advertising that hopefully will not turn out to be totally crap, but only time will tell. He intends to put them on this site if they turn out ok, and completely forget about them if they don’t.

Will can probably eat more custard creams than you. Actually, Will can probably more of anything than you. And his favourite colour is orange.
